SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping: Orders less than 5 lbs., & at least $75.00 (subtotal), shipping to destinations within the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia, qualify for free shipping!

Standard Shipping: Standard shipping rates will apply for orders less than $75.00, orders over 5 lbs., and orders shipped outside of the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia. Most orders will take 5-6 business days to arrive from the date ordered. Some orders, however, may take 6-9 business days from the date of order, most often because of item availability.* Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Central Time will be considered placed the next business day for the calculation of shipping times.

Expedited & Express Shipping:

• Expedited Shipping – 4-5 Business Days
• Express Shipping – 3-4 Business Days

*At Fruitful Yield, we use the carrier with the best rate within our system. From time to time, there may be out-of-stock items that cause a delay in shipment. If an out-of-stock item is anticipated to be on back-order for several days, we will then ship what we have in-stock and, of course, ship the missing item when it arrives, at no additional cost to you.

Other Important Information:

• Orders over $250 require Direct Signature upon delivery. If you prefer not to have this service, please let us know at the time your order is placed.
• All orders less than 2 lbs. may be shipped via USPS (often USPS Priority).
• Many heavier orders (5 lbs. and heavier) may be shipped via FedEx.
• All orders delivered to a PO Box will be shipped via USPS.
• Almost all Expedited & Express Shipping will be shipped via FedEx. We will attempt to notify you by email or by phone if there are any out-of-stock items in orders with Expedited & Express Shipping as soon as possible.

International Shipping: Fruitful Yield can only ship to the U.S. and Canada at this time. Orders shipped to Canada are shipped through USPS and FedEx at their standard rates. If items shipped are refused by Canada’s customs department and sent back to us, we will not refund the shipping cost, but will refund the product cost. Delivery of orders to Canada is approximately 7-10 days from when the order is shipped. There are occasions when orders can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered. We are not responsible for any orders lost or damaged that are shipped via USPS First Class International or FedEx. All duties & tariff fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. All purchases and shipping costs are in U.S. Dollars.

Fruitful Yield accepts payments by any of the following methods:

• Visa, MasterCard and Discover Credit and Debit Cards
• PayPal
• Personal Check

We DO NOT accept payment by American Express or cash.

RETURN POLICY

Please note that this Return Policy only applies to products purchased from www.fruitfulyield.com or phone orders and not from other websites or retail stores. Customers should consult the return policy of the original place of purchase.

New, unopened items that were purchased through www.fruitfulyield.com can be returned within 60 days of purchase for a full refund minus any shipping fees. We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Payments made with a credit card will be refunded to the card used for your order. Payments made by check will receive store credit. Returns made within 61-90 days of purchase will receive store credit. Returns will not be accepted after 90 days.

Any damaged or wrongly-shipped products will be refunded with shipping costs upon being returned to us provided the damaged or wrongly shipped products are returned within 60 days of purchase. For us to process your return, the product will need to be returned to us unless there are reasonable circumstances why this cannot be done.
