Ingredients: Carboxymethylcellulose sodium 0.5%
Inactive ingredients: Boric acid, Calcium chloride, Hydrochloric acid*, Magnesium chloride, Potassium chloride, Purified water, Sodium borate, Sodium chloride, Sodium hydroxide*. Stabilized oxychloro complex 2.5%. *May contain one or more of these ingredients to adjust pH.

Warning: For use in eyes only. Retain outer carton for full product drug facts.
Do not use if: If solution changes color or becomes cloudy.
When using this product: Avoid contamination, do not touch tip of dropper to any surface. Replace cap after use.
Stop use and ask a doctor if:
• You experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye.
• The condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours.
• If pregnant or breast feeding, ask a health professional before use.
• Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Directions: Wash your hands. Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed.

• Keep tightly closed.
• Expiration date only refers to the unopened bottle. Use within 90 days of opening.
• The use of this container by more than one person may spread infection.
