Keto Chocolate Chip Cookie Ingredients
- 2 cups Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour
- 3/4 cup Swerve Brown Sugar Replacement
- 1 tsp Red Ape Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Bob's Red Mill Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoon Redmond's Real Salt
- 1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp Simply Organic Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Lily's Dark Chocolate Baking Chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 F and place parchment paper on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, combine the almond flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the egg, vanilla extract, and butter to the dry mixture and stir until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop a tbsp/tbsp and a half of dough and and roll into a ball. Place on the parchment lined baking sheet and press down until slightly flat.
- Bake for 16 minutes or until golden brown. Let the cookies cool completely.
