Nothing says summer like some s’mores brownies! This recipe is the perfect combination of rich chocolate and gooey marshmallows, with an added crunch! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
Topping Ingredients:
- 4 graham crackers, crumbled
- 1/2 cup marshmallows, chopped
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat over to 350 F and grease an 8 x 8 glass baking dish with oil.
- In a bowl, combine melted coconut oil, coconut sugar, honey, vanilla extract, and eggs.
- Stir in almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Fold in chocolate chips and add the batter to the greased dish.
- Bake brownies for 16-18 minutes. Once baked, remove from oven and add crumbled graham crackers, chopped up marshmallows, and chocolate chips.
- Turn on the oven broiler and put the brownies back in for around a minute. Be careful not to leave in too long or the marshmallows will completely burn.
