8 Ingredient No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bars:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup peanut butter (or your nut butter of choice)
- ¾ to 1 cup unflavored whey protein (can use plant protein to make this vegan!)
- ¼ cup almond flour
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- 2 tsp coconut oil
Directions:
- Mix peanut butter, protein, almond flour, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and salt in a large bowl and blend until dough forms.
- Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper. Scoop and press the dough into the bottom of the dish until smooth and even.
- Add chocolate chips and coconut oil to a bowl and microwave in 15-30 second intervals until properly melted, making sure to stir in between heating. Pour the mixture over the dough until it is fully covered.
- Place in the freezer for 15 minutes or until the bars have set. Slice the bars into your desired size and enjoy!
