Ingredients:
1 box NOW® Organic Gluten-Free Brownie Mix
1 Cup Sugarless Sugarâ„¢
1 Cup Ellyndale® Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
5 Tablespoons Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
1 Cup rice milk
1 teaspoon Simply Organic® Madagascar Pure Vanilla Extract
8-10 drops (or to taste)Â BetterSteviaâ„¢ Liquid Sweetener, Peppermint Cookie flavor
1/2 C crushed organic candy canes
Directions:
1. Prepare brownies according to package directions.
2. While baked brownies are cooling, prepare frosting.
3. Combine rice milk and gluten-free flour in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until thickened.
4. Remove from heat and add vanilla and Peppermint Cookie BetterSteviaâ„¢. Let cool completely.
5. Cream coconut oil and Sugarless Sugarâ„¢ together in a separate bowl until light and fluffy.
6. Add rice milk and flour mixture, and beat until fully blended.
7. Frost cooled brownies, and sprinkle with crushed candy cane pieces.
8. Serve and enjoy!
