Ingredients:

4 cups chopped Organic Baby Kale – Organic Girl

1/3 cup Raisins or Craisins – Newman’s Own

1/3 cup Organic Walnuts Halves & Pieces – NOW Real Food

1 organic fuji apple, chopped

Organic Sesame Seeds – NOW Real Food

Dressing:

1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Bragg’s

1/3 cup Balsamic Vinegar – Modena

4 tablespoons cranberry honey – Some Honey

a dash of salt – Redmond’s

a dash of pepper – Simply Organic

Directions:

1. Combine dressing ingredients in a bottle and shake.

2. Chop kale into bite sized pieces.

3. Add raisins or craisins.

4. Pour over desirable amount of dressing. Stir to evenly coat the salad.

5. Add chopped apple and sesame seeds before serving.
