Our light wheat sourdough, loaded with seven grains and seeds including flax, sunflower and pumpkin. Delicately sweetened with a touch of real honey. Our traditional baking methods and extended natural fermentation for up to 72 hours to help absorb more nutrients and promote good gut health. We believe that baking great bread takes time and care so that every loaf can be healthy and delicious. Please note that our fermentation is natural as we dont add any aids to speed it up or enhance the flavor. This implies that our loaves might be on a milder side of the sour.
